Earthquake In Gujarat For The Second Time In 24 Hours, Earthquake Of 4.4 Magnitude

 Due to the Corona lockdown, while on one hand most people are in their homes, on the other hand, earthquakes are also constantly scaring people.  According to the National Center of Seismology, twice during the last 24 hours, the land of Gujarat shook by the earthquake.  The intensity of the 4.4 reactor scale of earthquake was estimated at Rajkot in southern Gujarat at 12.57 pm on Monday afternoon.

 According to the website of the government's nodal agency for monitoring geological activities, the epicenter of the Gujarat earthquake was 85 km northwest of Rajkot.

 A day earlier, earthquake tremors were felt in Rajkot, Gujarat at a magnitude of 5.5 on Saturday night.  People came out of their homes.  There was another problem for them outside.  It was raining in many places.  In some places, part of the roof collapsed due to the earthquake.  At the same time, a car parked on the road started moving, whose video was captured in CCTV camera.



 A car parked on the road in Kutch district started moving, whose video was captured on CTV camera.  Let us tell you that an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 is considered to be of moderate quality.  The epicenter of the quake was reported at Bhachau in Kutch district, 122 km north-northwest of Rajkot.  Apart from Rajkot, Jamnagar, Gir Somnath, Junagadh, tremors were felt at other places including Ahmedabad.  There have been cracks in many houses, then debris had fallen from the roof of the houses in some places.
